When You Can Request a Return or Refund
We gladly accept returns or issue refunds in the following situations:
Print Quality Issues: There’s a defect in the printed design on your item.
Incorrect Print Placement: The design is noticeably off-center or misaligned.
Wrong Item Received: You were sent an item that doesn’t match what you ordered.
What We’ll Need From You
To help us quickly and fairly process your request, please include the following when reaching out:
For Print Quality Issues: A clear photo of the product laid flat, showing the full design and the defect.
For Placement Issues: A photo of the product laid flat, with a ruler or measuring tape to show the misplacement.
For Wrong Item: A photo of the received product, including a visible size tag.
Our Promise to You
If your order falls under the above criteria, and you reach out within 30 days of delivery, we will gladly offer one of the following:
A free reprint of the original item
A full refund
What’s Not Eligible
Because all Bloomingology items are made to order just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds in the following situations:
You selected the wrong size, color, or product by mistake.
You simply changed your mind after placing the order.
You ordered an incorrect design or personalized item.
We appreciate your understanding, as each piece is uniquely crafted based on your order.
